StarStock is Orion's solution for the warehouse operator. Easy to use web forms enable Customers to label goods for replenishment allowing individual items to be tracked across multiple warehouses.
StarStock is hardware independent and is compatible with all leading makes of scanning equipment. Utilising easy to use web forms customers can enter and monitor pick requests, check stock levels, and access an audit trail for any stock item. Data can also be loaded via XML interface and/or CSV text files

STARStock supports Multi user, Multi Product, Multi Warehouse including Field Stock Locations (FSLs), Pick Up & Drop Off sites (PUDOs) and Drop Boxes.

Warehouse staff can use wireless hand held systems to scan stock as it is received and can be automatically advised of the put away location. Warehouse staff are alerted as soon as the customer enters a Pick request. The system is automatically updated as each request is acknowledged and items are picked, giving full visibility to the user. Scanning also makes routine stock taking procedures quick and reliable.

StarStock moves beyond the traditional market approaches to warehouse management which are focused within the four walls of the warehouse and have limited ability to share information with other systems such as transportation, logistics and supply chain visibility, as well as event and performance management solutions. StarStock eliminates these barriers to provide visibility upstream to the customer and downstream to the supplier.  Organisations are able to intelligently and rapidly respond to changes in inventory demand and supply virtually eliminating the risk of stock outs and delayed deliveries.
